Returns Policy
At Oliver Wright, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- The cost of return shipping will be at your expense, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@oliverwright.co. We will assist you with the return process and reimburse the postage cost.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@oliverwright.co to notify us of your return and obtain a return authorization.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email.
- Provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
